Beginning

Quick Sketch

The process starts with you and our designer sketching out exactly what you're picturing. This happens in-store, before any payment - we want to understand your vision and non-negotiable so we can move into a full 3D CAD design.

Process

CAD Design

Once a deposit is paid (usually 50%), we build a 3D CAD model showing you exactly how your piece will look. You'll have full access to review and request changes throughout this stage, so the final design is exactly right before we move to production.

Finishing

Final Product

Choose the timeline that works for you: our Express service (7 days), for an additional fee, or our Regular process (25 days), included at not extra cost. Once your piece is complete, you pay the remaining balance and it's officially yours!

Please note: these are our standard starting timeframes. Some stones and materials take longer to sources, which can extend production - we'll always keep you updated if that happens.
